Interested in providing an annual scholarship to our graduating seniors at Glendale? Contact the Glendale Education Foundation executive director, William "Bill" Morrison, via email: wmorrison@gsd1.org
Bill looks forward to hearing from you--and will put you in touch with Foundation director emeritus Richard Snyder whose expertise in scholarships will help design the criteria of your annual scholarship to allow what you want...yet be aligned with district-mandated requirements.
What better way to ‘invest in our community’s future’ than through our students?
- allowing donors to remain anonymous (if desired) - students receive a Foundation check instead of a personal check from you...
- assist with creating a selection criteria unique to you as well as the school
- have our very reputable Foundation scholarship subcommittee to help select the winning student (if desired)
- creating attractive laminated certificates to accompany the check
- you will receive notice back to you (*the donor) of the winning student's name, his/her selected institute of higher learning as well as intended major
- list the scholarship winner in the local newspapers as well as on-line (via Facebook and web pages)
